- • Manage a high-revenue, complex client portfolio focused on Alight’s leave solutions, including disability, workers’ compensation, and FMLA management.
- • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, broker consultants, and internal teams to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- • Collaborate with the Solutions Delivery team to ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing service, advocating for client success and business readiness.
- • Consult with clients regularly on best practices to increase adoption and utilization of Alight’s product suite, maximizing value delivered.
- • Own and execute the Account Health strategy for assigned clients, proactively identifying retention risks and designing targeted success plans to mitigate them.
- • Plan and lead Quarterly and Annual Client Business Reviews, tailoring content to align with client-specific goals, outcomes, and strategic priorities.
- • Inform clients of legislative changes impacting disability, workers’ compensation, and FMLA compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and risk mitigation.
- • Partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
- • Utilize analytical skills to translate client data and performance metrics into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- • Manage pricing and financial models to support client negotiations, contract renewals, and value justification.
- • Act as a change agent by seeking and implementing innovative strategies for continuous improvement in client engagement and service delivery.
- • Travel as needed to attend internal meetings, client site visits, and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and stay current on market trends.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client executives and brokers, demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and issue resolution skills.
- • Ensure client success through cross-functional collaboration across product, delivery, legal, and compliance teams to align outcomes with client expectations.
- • Maintain deep expertise in HR services, absence management, and healthcare-related benefits ecosystems to provide authoritative client guidance.
