• Senior Manager, Commercial Sales role focused on leading and scaling Zip’s EMEA commercial sales team to drive enterprise value-based selling and revenue growth.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a team of Sales Executives, developing sales strategies, recruiting and coaching talent, forecasting pipeline, participating in C-level client meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to penetrate the market and exceed targets.
• Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform backed by top investors, serving Fortune 500 companies like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and AMD, with over $8 billion saved and $500 billion in spend processed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of relevant work experience with emphasis on revenue, sales, and sales leadership
• Proven track record of scaling sales teams and attaining sales targets
• Experience operating in hyper-growth and fast scaling go-to-market environments
• Able to commute to a central London office and work in-person 3 days a week
