  • • Lead comprehensive project planning and execution initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of technical work across diverse teams to achieve critical organizational objectives.
  • • Drive the implementation of SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) proposals, meticulously analyzing reports and findings to inform strategic operational decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Develop, maintain, and interpret complex reports, providing secondary approval for expenditures, rigorously enforcing company policies, and making informed initial decisions regarding the procurement of materials and services in strict adherence to spending requirements.
  • • Offer expert technical guidance and robust configuration management oversight to engineering teams, supporting them across a wide spectrum of tasks and challenges.
  • • Spearhead the development and refinement of business and strategic planning processes, defining the long-term organizational direction, charting pathways for growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • • Guide the establishment of both short-term and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures, ensuring alignment with overarching company strategy.
  • • Oversee the meticulous analysis, maintenance, and formatting of configuration data and design changes, guaranteeing accuracy, integrity, and optimal usability for all stakeholders.
  • • Ensure that all configuration-controlled drawings, reports, and engineering documentation are not only complete and accurate but also fully compliant with established industry standards and company protocols.
  • • Manage contract labor purchase orders with precision, ensuring strict alignment with project needs, budgetary constraints, and strategic resource allocation.
  • • Supervise outsourced records storage and retrieval services, conducting regular and thorough audits of configuration-controlled documentation to maintain compliance and accessibility.
  • • Foster a collaborative environment by partnering closely with the Digital Technology Group to champion and drive key system process improvements, enhancing overall technological infrastructure.
  • • Work in close partnership with drafting teams to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of customer change requests, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • • Act as a pivotal leader within the Configuration Management domain, setting the vision and direction for the team while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
  • • Analyze existing workflows and identify bottlenecks or areas for enhancement, proposing and implementing solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • • Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support to foster their professional growth and ensure the team's collective success.
  • • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in configuration management, continuously seeking opportunities to integrate new methodologies and technologies.
  • • Ensure robust change control processes are in place and effectively managed, minimizing risks associated with modifications to systems and documentation.
  • • Facilitate effective communication between engineering, manufacturing, and other relevant departments to ensure a unified approach to product lifecycle management.
