  • • You will actively assist senior leaders and other business development professionals in evaluating and assessing potential incentive opportunities for both new and prospective clients, contributing to strategic growth.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a role in the development and ongoing management of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • • This role also involves providing leadership, direction, and guidance to team members. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing your team to achieve peak performance and advance their career goals.

  • • You will be an integral part of an employee-owned company that genuinely prioritizes its people, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance.
