📋 Description

• Senior Manager, Demand Generation role at Employ Inc. to lead and scale integrated demand generation strategy across Lever, JazzHR, and Jobvite, driving pipeline and revenue through strategic multi-channel campaigns.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning development and execution of ABM, segment-based programs, partner marketing, and events (virtual and in-person), leading a small but high-impact team, and connecting marketing and sales to deliver cohesive go-to-market efforts.
• Employ Inc. transforms hiring with ATS solutions (Jobvite, Lever, JazzHR) and AI Companions, serving over 23,000 global customers; the company is remote-first, people-first, and focused on flexible work, comprehensive benefits, and career development.
• The Demand Generation team is part of the Growth organization, highly collaborative and results-oriented, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, and Web teams to drive pipeline and revenue through innovative, scalable programs.
• In this role, you will lead demand generation strategy, test and scale innovative programs, align marketing and sales for high-performing go-to-market efforts, and contribute to Employ’s mission of helping millions grow their careers while advancing your own expertise in B2B demand generation and growth marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading demand generation strategy and execution for B2B SaaS companies
• Proven success in ABM, segment-based marketing, partner marketing, and event-driven campaigns (virtual and in-person)
• Ability to lead and manage a small, high-impact team in a remote-first environment
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand
• Experience using data and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Background in talent acquisition, HR tech, or related SaaS industries is a plus
