- • As a Senior Manager, Engineering - Endpoint Security at Arctic Wolf Networks, you will lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality, innovative software solutions that protect organizations worldwide from cyber threats, directly contributing to the company’s mission to End Cyber Risk.
- • You will plan and direct all aspects of development activities, manage day-to-day team operations, execute the 6-month product roadmap, collaborate with Product Management and Security Services (S2), oversee the full software development lifecycle, drive process improvements, champion secure coding standards, and ensure alignment with ISMS regulations and technical strategy.
- • You will lead recruitment efforts, develop team members’ careers through coaching and performance management, handle administrative responsibilities including compensation, vacation, training budgets, and contribute to directorate-level budget planning while fostering a motivated, high-performing team culture.

- • In this role, you will grow your leadership impact by managing multiple managers or leads, deepen your expertise in endpoint security and distributed systems, shape engineering strategy at scale, and build high-performing teams that deliver secure, customer-focused software in a remote-first, values-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8 years’ experience in software development or related role, or Master’s degree + 5 years’ experience in software development management, engineering leadership, or related role
- • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Background in networking, security, or distributed systems
- • Multi-platform OS experience (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- • Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure)
- • Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby)
