- • Serve as the primary financial advisor to the Technology and Quality (T&Q) organization, including VPs in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, CMC, and CPC, on operating expense management and financial strategy.
- • Lead financial analytics for CPC facility business support and overhead production allocations, ensuring accurate cost modeling and reporting.
- • Own and manage overhead product allocation processes across global operations, aligning with corporate accounting standards.
- • Collaborate with R&D finance teams to support the reporting and consolidation of key financial results and performance metrics.
- • Develop, complete, and submit timely annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans for operating expenses and headcount within the T&Q organization.
- • Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accrual and purchase order cleanup processes in partnership with business units and accounting teams.
- • Build and present detailed Operating Expense summaries with clear commentary on key variances to T&Q leadership and corporate finance stakeholders.
- • Support strategic T&Q initiatives including process and system standardization, enabling long-range planning (LRP) modeling, consolidated financial reporting, and advanced analytics.
- • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams in financial operations, costing, FP&A, R&D, and Accounting to ensure alignment on financial goals and execution.
- • Develop a deep understanding of the strategic objectives of supported departments and translate them into financial models and performance insights.
- • Present financial results and insights clearly and concisely to senior leadership, including the VP of FP&A, T&Q Executive Leadership, and corporate partners.
- • Identify and implement process improvements in financial systems, reporting workflows, and data integration to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- • Work independently under general guidance, taking initiative to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality of all company data and comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and operational standards.
- • Perform duties as needed in a remote capacity with periodic on-site meetings and domestic/international travel as required.
- • Utilize advanced skills in Hyperion, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze, model, and present financial data.
- • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, ethical standards, and industry best practices in financial planning and reporting.
