📋 Description

• The Senior Manager, G&A Finance Business Partner at 8x8, Inc. plays a critical role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency across General and Administrative (G&A) functions, enabling data-informed decision-making that supports company-wide performance and growth.
• Day to day, the role involves partnering with G&A leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyzing variances and trends; providing actionable insights to improve cost efficiency and resource allocation; and supporting month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• 8x8 is a global leader in cloud communications and contact center solutions, connecting customers and teams worldwide with innovative technology that enhances customer experience and business agility. • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strengthen stakeholder management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional G&A operations, and contribute to strategic initiatives that impact profitability and scalability — positioning them for advancement into broader finance leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, or corporate finance, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with SOX controls and financial close processes.
