- • As Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable at Integer Holdings Corporation, you will lead a critical finance function that directly impacts the company’s cash flow, working capital, and financial integrity—ensuring timely collections, accurate billing, and compliance with global regulatory standards while driving operational excellence across international teams.
- • You will own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle for a global organization, managing a high-performing team responsible for collections, credit, cash application, billing, forecasting, and month-end close, while serving as a strategic partner to Commercial, Treasury, Legal, and IT to align AR processes with business goals and customer outcomes.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global order-to-cash operations, gain visibility into cross-functional finance leadership, and build a legacy of process automation, control excellence, and measurable improvements in DSO, cash predictability, and customer satisfaction—positioning yourself for advancement into senior finance leadership.
- • Manage, directly and indirectly, a team of professionals responsible for global accounts receivable activities including collections, credit, cash applications, billing, cash forecasting, and general ledger close; for regional teams outside direct oversight, troubleshoot AR operational risks, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and align with global technology roadmap.
- • Develop and execute on the vision of a highly scaled global AR shared service model (centers of excellence), fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer-centricity while celebrating wins tied to cash and customer outcomes.
- • Set clear goals and cadence including daily priorities, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly performance deep-dives; own global collections strategy and execution by prioritizing high-risk and high-value accounts with structured dunning and escalation paths.
- • Implement tiered collections playbooks (by risk, geography, and age bucket) and ensure consistent application globally; lead weekly efforts to collect top past-due accounts by assigning actions, removing roadblocks, and reporting progress.
- • Maintain a robust operating cadence with Commercial leaders and Customer Support to prevent and resolve collections issues (pricing, pay term, legal entity, quantity discrepancies); root cause issues and promote cross-functional rapid resolution.
- • Collaborate with Customer Success and order management to ensure clean orders, first-time-right invoicing, sales order acknowledgments, and frictionless billing cycles; root cause and influence collaborative resolution.
- • Develop and publish performance metrics such as DSO, past due, aged credits, and cash receipt trends, focusing on best-in-class levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- • Research, recommend, and establish customer credit limits supported by relevant external and internal data, including managing escalations of credit approvals, service suspensions, and demand letters.
- • Oversee accurate and timely cash applications with metrics and SLAs to mitigate unapplied cash; collaborate with Treasury and FP&A in support of weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasting and liquidity strategies.
- • Oversee the monthly AR close process in collaboration with the GL team, including internal/external audit support, reasonableness of the credit loss reserve, and proper revenue cut-off.
- • Oversee and maintain effective internal controls and continuously enhance the control environment; serve as a thought leader for implementing highly automated systems and modern technology to optimize operations in support of global finance transformation.
- • Manage all activities related to integrating accounts receivable operations of acquired businesses, ensuring proper cutover and internal controls around conversion and onboarding.
- • Develop, implement, maintain, and communicate Revenue and AR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements, including support of the escheatment process.
- • Oversee system implementations/upgrades for all systems related to accounts receivable.
- • Develop and promote collaborative relationships with internal Integer stakeholders including Customer Success, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, Financial leaders, Legal, Information Technology, Tax, and Accounts Payable to create open, simple, and integrated processes.
- • Provide advice to Legal, Sales, and/or other relevant departments as applicable during the Company’s negotiation of customer agreements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
- • 10+ years of progressive AR/Collections/Order-to-Cash experience, including 3-5 years leading global teams
- • Experience in an ERP manufacturing environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606; experience with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 environment
- • Proficiency with AR automation tools and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI); advanced Microsoft Office skills
- • Demonstrated success reducing DSO and past-due balances through structured playbooks and cross-functional influence
- • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage customers, executives, board members, and cross-functional teams
- • Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with poise, tact, and diplomacy
- • Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a team of associates in a virtual, multi-regional setting

- • Competitive base salary range of $108,000 - $158,400
