📋 Description

• Lead the global strategy and execution for Binance’s card business, driving growth across markets through product innovation, partnerships, and operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end operations of the global card program, including issuer relationships, card production, logistics, compliance, and customer support workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Marketing to align card offerings with Binance’s broader ecosystem goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to identify new opportunities for card product expansion, including physical and virtual card variants.
• Manage relationships with global payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), banking partners, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless card issuance and transaction processing.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for card adoption, transaction volume, customer retention, and profitability, using data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.
• Ensure all card products comply with local financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and international payment standards across all operating jurisdictions.
• Lead a global team of product managers, operations specialists, and analysts, providing mentorship, setting performance goals, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Represent Binance in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and partner negotiations related to crypto-backed payment solutions.
• Coordinate with regional teams to localize card features, pricing, and marketing campaigns based on regional demand, regulatory constraints, and cultural preferences.
• Drive initiatives to increase card usage among existing Binance users by integrating card functionality with wallet, trading, and staking features.
• Manage the card budget, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising user experience or regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on card business performance, risks, and strategic roadmap updates.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks related to fraud, chargebacks, currency conversion, and cross-border transaction processing.
• Stay ahead of evolving regulatory landscapes in key markets including EU, APAC, and North America to ensure proactive compliance and market access.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in payments, card programs, or financial products, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record of launching and scaling global card products with partners like Visa or Mastercard
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for crypto-backed financial products in major jurisdictions
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data to drive business decisions
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are a strong advantage
