- • As Senior Manager, Implementation at CreatorIQ, you will lead a team of Implementation Managers across EST and EMEA-aligned customers, owning regional delivery excellence from post-sale handoff through successful CSM transition. You will serve as a player-coach, managing a portfolio of strategic accounts while developing and mentoring your team to ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences.
- • Day to day, you will directly manage and develop a team of Implementation Managers, set performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and act as the escalation point for complex or at-risk implementations. You will own end-to-end delivery of strategic customer implementations, ensure consistent application of methodology and project standards, and drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce time-to-go-live and increase CSAT.
- • You will sit within the broader Implementation organization, reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to surface insights and advocate for customer needs. - • In this role, you will develop leadership and coaching skills, deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS implementation and customer success, and contribute to scalable processes and playbooks that elevate the entire Implementation team. You will grow your ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders across timezones, and drive operational excellence in a fast-moving, values-driven culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer success, or professional services
- • 3+ years managing or mentoring a team of IMs, CSMs, or similar customer-facing roles
- • Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding engagements from kickoff through go-live
- • Experience working across EST and EMEA timezones preferred
- • Strong project management instincts with ability to keep multiple work streams moving without dropping detail
- • Natural coach who develops people through feedback, not just direction
