Senior Manager, IT Service Management

📋 Description

• • As Senior Manager, IT Service Management at Integer Holdings Corporation, you will own and govern the ITSM practice design and operating model aligned to ITIL best practices, ensuring consistent application across the enterprise and serving as the senior escalation point for ITSM process exceptions and risks.
• • Day to day, you will oversee Incident, Change, and Problem Management practices, provide oversight of the Change Control Board (CCB), lead SOX ITGCs audit readiness, own ITSM data and knowledge governance including CMDB integrity, define and own ITSM KPIs and dashboards, and provide functional leadership to ITSM practice roles while mentoring and developing practitioners.
