🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
- • 5 years or more of progressive labor relations experience
- • Experience leading collective bargaining negotiations
- • Experience partnering with external labor counsel
- • Experience with labor campaigns or union organizing
- • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
