Senior Manager M&A

📋 Description

• • As Senior Manager M&A at Copeland LP, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions, reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A.
• • Day to day, you will develop deep knowledge of Copeland’s business verticals and markets, partner with leadership to identify and prioritize acquisition targets, lead valuation and due diligence efforts, manage cross-functional transaction teams, oversee the M&A approval process, and mentor junior team members.
• • Copeland is a global leader in sustainable climate technologies, specializing in HVACR solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets, with a mission to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency through innovation in compression, controls, software, and monitoring.
