- ⢠As a Senior Manager of Business Operations, Client Optimization at Phil, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex healthcare data into strategic actions that improve patient access to prescriptions and drive business growth. Your work will directly impact how efficiently patients receive medications by enabling data-driven decisions across client success, finance, product, and operations teams.
- ⢠You will lead high-impact analyses that shape company strategy, translate business goals into scalable analytics solutions, and build intuitive dashboards that empower stakeholders to act on insightsâensuring Philâs platform continues to deliver affordable, timely therapy access to patients while supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers in achieving better adherence and innovation outcomes.
- ⢠Day to day, you will: lead cross-functional analyses to support strategic initiatives and client decision-making; translate business objectives into data requirements and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Looker; create clear, compelling visualizations that surface trends in prescription volume, patient adherence, and operational efficiency; identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities for process improvements in client onboarding, fulfillment, and support; partner with finance and operations teams to build accurate demand forecasts and monitor key business trends; ensure data integrity through rigorous cleansing, modeling, and maintenance of core datasets; and champion self-service analytics by training teams and promoting data literacy across the organization.
- ⢠You will join a mission-driven Business Operations team within Philâs rapidly scaling health-tech startup, where collaboration, curiosity, and impact are valued above hierarchy. The team operates at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and operations, working closely with Client Success, Product, Finance, and Engineering to unlock insights that improve both patient outcomes and business performance.
- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare analytics, strategic business partnering, and operational optimizationâgaining visibility into end-to-end prescription workflows while developing leadership skills in influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- ⢠3â7 years of experience in analytics, business strategy, FP&A, consulting, or startup operations
- ⢠Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker) and strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- ⢠Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- ⢠Understanding of financial statements (P&L), operational KPIs, and forecasting techniques
- ⢠Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
