- • The Senior Manager of Commissions & Design leads the end-to-end commissions function, ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable execution of sales compensation while partnering with Sales Operations, HR, and Finance to design and operationalize compensation plans that drive performance and trust.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning monthly/quarterly commission calculations and payouts, ensuring auditability and compliance with SoX and sales compensation policies, managing exception handling and governance, overseeing commissions systems like Xactly for data integrity, and leading process improvements through automation and integration with CRM and upstream data sources.
- • The role involves cross-functional partnership with Sales Operations on plan design and SPIFFs, collaboration with Finance on accruals and forecasting, serving as the primary escalation point for commissions inquiries, and contributing to Sales Compensation Committee materials with payout trends and exception analysis.
- • The position includes team leadership duties such as managing and developing commissions analysts/specialists, establishing SLAs and QA processes, and building a high-trust, service-oriented team culture, while delivering reporting on commissions trends, identifying risks, and providing insights to improve plan effectiveness and sales behavior.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10+ years of experience in commissions, sales compensation, or sales operations
- • Strong experience with commissions platforms such as Xactly
- • Advanced Excel and data skills; experience with BI tools like Tableau preferred
