đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Divisional Senior Planning Manager at Babylist, you will own the financial and inventory strategy for a full division of the e-commerce business, directly shaping investment decisions, risk allocation, and delivery performance for millions of families. This leadership role requires you to go beyond hitting numbers to influence how planning decisions are made across the organization, serving as a strategic partner to Merchandising and a driver of company-wide performance.
  • • Your day-to-day involves leading forecasting, open-to-buy (OTB), and in-season management processes while engaging in high-leverage decisions about where to invest, pull back, or adapt to business shifts. You will work closely with Merchandising to challenge assumptions and drive better outcomes through data-backed debate, while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure plans are executable in real-world conditions—not just theoretical models.
  • • Babylist is a remote-first company with team members across the U.S. and Canada, serving over 9 million annual shoppers through its registry, e-commerce, and content platform. The company has grown into a full ecosystem for new parents, including Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, and a Los Angeles showroom, partnering with hundreds of brands to support families during pivotal life transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is transforming the $320 billion baby product industry by helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for.
  • • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic influence by mentoring a team of planners, elevating analytical rigor and ownership, and introducing improved frameworks, tools, and ways of working that scale the planning function across the organization. You will gain experience navigating ambiguity, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using AI as an embedded part of daily work—positioning you to drive impact at the intersection of retail planning, e-commerce growth, and data-informed decision-making.
