You will be expected to partner effectively with both Security and IT stakeholders within our customer organizations, delving into their complex challenges with a proactive and inquisitive approach. - • Your responsibilities will span the entire Professional Services lifecycle. This includes expertly guiding customers through the onboarding and implementation phases of our solutions, ensuring a seamless and positive initial experience. Beyond implementation, you will oversee ongoing technical engagements, providing continuous support and strategic guidance to maximize the value derived from our products. Furthermore, you will play a key role in identifying and enabling expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working collaboratively with sales and customer success teams. You will also be responsible for developing and managing our partner-led delivery capabilities, ensuring that our ecosystem contributes effectively to our service delivery goals.
- • A core aspect of this role is developing deep expertise in Invicti's product suite. This technical depth, coupled with a genuine curiosity about how our customers operate and what they aim to achieve, will enable you to provide tailored solutions and strategic advice. You will be accountable for driving materially higher Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) by ensuring our customers are not only satisfied but are actively deriving increasing value from our platform.
- • You will be a key architect in scaling our Professional Services function profitably. This involves optimizing our operational model to ensure efficiency and high margins, exploring and leveraging partner channels to extend our reach without solely relying on internal headcount growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to enabling expansion opportunities through deeper technical adoption by our customers, solidifying their reliance on and success with Invicti.
- • Beyond the direct delivery and expansion aspects, you will act as a vital conduit for customer insights. You will translate frontline feedback and observations from customer engagements into actionable intelligence for our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for continuous improvement, helping to refine our product roadmap, enhance our sales strategies, and elevate the overall customer experience, thereby driving long-term value at scale.
- • Ultimately, this role is about driving tangible customer outcomes and ensuring they achieve their desired results in the shortest possible timeframe. You are accountable for the results, not just the activities performed. This means a relentless focus on delivering exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing directly to Invicti's growth and market leadership in the cybersecurity space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a leadership role within Professional Services, Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical function, with a strong understanding of software implementation and customer success principles.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a P&L, with a focus on revenue, margin, and operational efficiency, ideally within a SaaS or technology services environment.
- • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, capable of translating customer needs and market trends into scalable service delivery models and actionable business plans.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels, including C-suite executives and technical teams.
- • Technical curiosity and a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, enabling effective engagement with technical stakeholders and product teams.
- • Experience in developing and managing partner ecosystems for service delivery is a plus.
