📋 Description

• As Senior Manager, Program Management at Vectra AI, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to the company’s product innovation and business strategy in the cybersecurity and AI space, ensuring alignment between technical execution and strategic goals.
• You will partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across highly technical, fast-moving initiatives in a remote-first, US-based environment.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end execution of complex programs supporting AI-powered and security-focused products, translating technical roadmaps into executable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure technical feasibility and timelines are realistic, while working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to plan and execute successful go-to-market launches.
• A core responsibility is managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications across teams, proactively identifying and mitigating technical, operational, and delivery risks that could impact program outcomes.
• You will ensure cross-functional and go-to-market readiness by coordinating readiness reviews, validating launch criteria, and confirming that all stakeholders are prepared for release.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders is essential — you will act as a neutral facilitator who earns credibility through transparency, consistency, and follow-through.
• Post-launch, you will analyze performance metrics, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement by refining processes and updating program playbooks.
• You will prepare and present executive-level updates to senior leadership, distilling complex program status into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• About the team: Vectra AI is the leader in AI-driven threat detection and response for hybrid and multi-cloud enterprises, with 35 patents in AI-driven threat detection and the most vendor references in MITRE D3FEND, trusted by organizations worldwide to move at the speed and scale of hybrid attackers.
• The Program Management team operates as a strategic enabler, connecting innovation with execution across a fast-paced, high-stakes cybersecurity landscape where precision and agility are paramount.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in managing programs at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and SaaS product development — a rare and valuable skill set in today’s threat landscape.
• You will have the opportunity to influence how cutting-edge security technologies are brought to market, directly impacting customer outcomes and the company’s competitive position in a rapidly evolving industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in technical environments such as SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or similar domains.
• Strong business and technical acumen with proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Experience with program management tools like Smartsheet or similar platforms, coupled with excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and cross-functional alignment.
