- • Lead enterprise-level paid search strategy and execution for a high-investment client engagement exceeding $100M in annual media spend across multiple products, audiences, and business priorities.
- • Act as a deeply integrated extension of the client’s marketing organization, aligning paid search initiatives with broader business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- • Manage end-to-end performance strategy for programmatic B2B paid search campaigns, optimizing for ROI, conversion efficiency, and scalable growth in complex, multi-channel environments.
- • Oversee campaign execution across major platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other enterprise-grade paid search tools, ensuring technical accuracy and performance maximization.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with data analysts, creative teams, and media buyers to align messaging, targeting, and budget allocation with performance goals.
- • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior client stakeholders, translating complex performance data into strategic recommendations and actionable business outcomes.
- • Maintain rigorous accountability for campaign performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, impression share, and attribution accuracy across multi-touch attribution models.
- • Drive innovation in paid search tactics by testing new audience segments, bidding strategies, automation tools, and emerging platform features within enterprise-scale constraints.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and building trusted advisory relationships at the C-suite level.
- • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new products, campaigns, or business units into the paid search ecosystem with minimal disruption.
- • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic adjustments and maintain client leadership in high-visibility B2B markets.
- • Ensure compliance with internal processes, client brand guidelines, and platform policies across all paid search activities.
- • Support the scaling of Wpromote’s enterprise practice by contributing to process documentation, team mentorship, and best practice development.
- • Maintain deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or SMB platform verticals to effectively contextualize campaign performance within client business models.
- • Balance strategic oversight with hands-on campaign management, ensuring both macro-level performance and micro-level optimization are consistently addressed.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, client workshops, and agency-wide training to elevate team capabilities and client outcomes.
- • Adapt to evolving client needs and market dynamics with agility, maintaining a proactive approach to campaign evolution and risk mitigation.
- • Leverage Wpromote’s remote-first culture to deliver high-impact results while maintaining strong alignment with distributed teams across the U.S.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading enterprise paid search programs with annual media spend exceeding $50M
- • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-product B2B client engagements in SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, or SMB platform industries
- • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and enterprise-level performance marketing platforms
- • Strong track record of executive communication and stakeholder management with C-suite clients
- • Deep understanding of attribution modeling, multi-touch analytics, and performance optimization in high-investment environments
- • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-stakes campaigns simultaneously with precision and accountability
