• • The Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) is a senior leadership role responsible for strategic planning, execution, and governance of projects across the business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving operational excellence.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing project management standards, prioritizing projects into portfolios, managing complex internal projects from initiation to closure, allocating resources within budgets and timelines, identifying and communicating risks to senior leadership, and coaching junior PMO team members through feedback and conflict resolution.
