We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Registry Solutions Sales to join our growing team and drive revenue generation through strategic client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to expand the adoption of Xpansiv’s market-leading registry solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of environmental markets or software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms to identify and engage with key decision-makers within prospective and existing client organizations.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets by building a robust pipeline of opportunities and skillfully navigating complex sales cycles. This involves originating new leads, cultivating strong, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and other influential stakeholders, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Xpansiv’s innovative solutions.
  • • You will work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to closing and beyond. This collaborative approach is key to understanding client needs and tailoring our offerings to meet their specific environmental and sustainability objectives.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in enterprise sales leadership, demonstrating the ability to consistently surpass sales quotas and generate significant net new recurring revenue. A strong understanding of the environmental commodity markets, carbon markets, renewable energy credits (RECs), or other environmental attributes is highly desirable, as is experience selling complex SaaS solutions to large enterprises.

  • • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess the resilience to overcome challenges and achieve ambitious goals.

  • • You will be responsible for managing a sales territory, developing account plans for key prospects, and forecasting sales accurately.
  • • The ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of our registry solutions and their integration with other market platforms will be a significant advantage.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise software or environmental markets.
  • • Deep understanding of environmental commodity markets (e.g., carbon credits, RECs) or SaaS sales.
  • • Experience in strategic account management and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
