📋 Description
- • Lead the development and execution of statistical programming projects for clinical trials and oncology data analysis at BeiGene, Ltd.
- • Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to design, implement, and validate statistical analysis plans (SAPs) using CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- • Develop and maintain SAS macros, R packages, and Python scripts for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting in oncology studies
- • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH, GDPR) for clinical trial data
- • Mentor and guide junior statisticians and programmers in best practices for statistical analysis in drug development
- • Contribute to departmental process and standards initiatives such as CDISC standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- • 5+ years of experience in statistical programming within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environments
- • Proficiency in SAS (Base, Macro, SQL), R (data manipulation, analysis, visualization), and Python (scripting, data manipulation)
- • Experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) for clinical trial data management
- • Strong understanding of clinical trial phases (I-IV), study designs, and data structures
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
