📋 Description

• Lead and develop Vanta’s regional Solutions Engineering team across APJ, partnering with Sales leadership to drive technical pre-sales execution and maximize ARR growth.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing SE team covering enterprise, commercial, growth, and SMB segments while establishing scalable best practices and operational rhythms.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders including CISOs and CIOs to articulate Vanta’s value, influence product roadmap through cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to the Global Solutions Center of Excellence.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining top SE talent in APJ with sensitivity to regional nuances and a commitment to continuous learning, including responsible AI use.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related technical consulting roles in SaaS, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading regional or global SE teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, or risk management domains (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Executive presence with the ability to build trust with CISOs, CIOs, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience operating across APJ markets with sensitivity to regional nuances and cultures.
