- • Lead and scale a high-performing team of full-cycle account executives focused on strategic accounts across Rest of Asia (RoA), driving revenue growth and customer success for Twilio’s messaging, voice, platform, email, and customer data platform services.
- • Manage and expand key customer relationships with large technology, logistics, and fintech companies, developing and executing account strategies to deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and profit results through consultative, data-driven sales cycles.
- • Partner cross-functionally with product, finance, engineering, legal, marketing, and operations teams to navigate complex enterprise sales processes and ensure alignment on customer needs and internal capabilities.
- • Mentor and coach team members to own their business outcomes, foster autonomy, and achieve beyond-expected performance through leadership, forecasting, and executive guidance.
- • Drive forecast accuracy, present guidance to executive leadership, and travel approximately 35% to build in-person relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the region.
