- • As a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance at ServiceTitan, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and long-term planning, reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Finance with high executive visibility and impact.
- • You will develop and maintain long-term financial models, conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decisions, collaborate with senior management on financial goals and KPIs, evaluate capital deployment strategies, perform sensitivity and scenario analysis, and support executive leadership on ad hoc strategic projects.
- • You will join a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS leader headquartered in Southern California, operating with a remote-first culture and quarterly in-person collaboration in Glendale, working cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to drive performance and unlock growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS financial modeling, strategic finance, and cross-functional leadership, while gaining exposure to top-tier investors and contributing to high-impact decisions that shape the company’s trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance; formal training in finance and/or accounting is preferred.
- • 8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or tech companies in finance, strategy, or business development roles, with proven experience in high-performance teams using complex modeling.
- • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with a deep understanding of SaaS business drivers and the ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, including expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with a track record of clarity, influence, and executive-level presentation.
- • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
