- • Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives Finance Business Partner at 8x8, Inc. is a highly visible and critical role that partners with senior sales leadership to drive strategic and financial goals through data-driven decision support and business partnership.
- • The role involves translating leadership discussions into analytical frameworks, owning the monthly forecast and close process for the sales function, developing driver-based P&L models, and creating insightful reporting packages to enable smarter business decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related business field; MBA preferred
- • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
- • Prior direct business partnering experience in Sales and/or Sales Ops within a SaaS environment
- • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration
