- • As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Jasper AI, you will lead and evolve the recruiting function for a fast-growing AI marketing platform trusted by nearly 20% of the Fortune 500, including Prudential, Ulta Beauty, and Wayfair. This role is critical to scaling Jasper’s talent engine in alignment with its mission to reimagine marketing workflows through AI, ensuring the company attracts and hires top-tier talent that drives innovation and higher ROI for customers.
- • You will report to the VP, People and oversee a team of recruiters across functions, owning the end-to-end strategy, systems, and execution of hiring in a remote-first organization with team members across the US, France, and Australia. Your leadership will directly impact Jasper’s ability to maintain its reputation as one of the Top 15 Most Innovative AI Companies of 2024 by building a workforce that reflects its innovative culture.
- • Day to day, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters by setting clear performance expectations, hiring goals, and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- • You will build team capabilities in structured interviewing and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring consistency and fairness in candidate assessment while leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
- • You will design and improve scalable recruiting systems and processes, focusing on creating repeatable, high-quality hiring practices that can scale with the company’s growth.
- • You will elevate structured interviewing practices and assessment quality by refining interview guides, scorecards, and calibration sessions to reduce bias and improve predictive validity.
- • You will build and relaunch interview training programs across the company, equipping hiring managers and interviewers with the skills to conduct effective, equitable interviews that align with Jasper’s values and competency models.
- • You will optimize the ATS (Ashby) and reporting to drive clarity and accountability, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.
- • You will define and track recruiting KPIs tied to quality, speed, and experience, using metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, hiring manager satisfaction, and diversity metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
- • You will identify and implement AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview prep, exploring how generative AI and machine learning can reduce administrative burden and improve candidate experience.
- • You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing insights on talent market trends, advising on workforce planning, and ensuring thoughtful, high-quality hiring across all teams, especially for critical leadership or complex searches.
- • You will own critical leadership or complex searches as needed, acting as a senior recruiter for hard-to-fill or high-impact roles while mentoring your team through modeling best practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in recruiting, with 3+ years experience leading a recruiting team
- • Experience building recruiting infrastructure in a scaling company
- • Strong recruiting operations mindset - you think in systems, not just reqs
- • Proven experience implementing structured interviewing and interviewer training
- • Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)
- • Strong data fluency and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions
- • Demonstrated curiosity and comfort using AI tools in workflows
- • Excitement about building AI-native recruiting systems
- • Strong stakeholder management skills and executive presence
