- • Senior Manager, Talent Strategy and HR Business Partnerships at HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), where the role is pivotal in aligning talent strategy with business outcomes to support the company’s mission of reducing cyber risk through innovative security solutions.
- • Day to day, the person will lead and develop a team of Talent Strategy Partners, partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent strategies and workforce plans, guide leaders through organizational change, drive company-wide talent programs such as performance management and succession planning, use data-driven decision making to assess organizational health, apply first principles problem solving to people challenges, champion an AI-first approach in HR, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, HRIS, and executive stakeholders.
- • The team operates within HackerOne’s Talent Strategy function, which partners with leaders across the company to ensure scalable people practices, leadership capability, and exceptional employee experiences, all grounded in the company’s values of customer obsession, default to disclosure, and winning together.
- • In this role, the person can learn to scale talent strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment, deepen expertise in AI-enabled HR tools, lead large-scale organizational transformation, and directly influence business outcomes through strategic workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive HR, People Partner, Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related experience
- • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing HR, Talent Strategy, or People Business Partner teams
- • Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent management initiatives
- • Demonstrated ability to leverage workforce data, business metrics, and organizational insights to influence strategic decisions
