- • The impact you'll make is significant. You will lead and manage a team of technical recruiters, with a key responsibility for filling positions up to the Senior Director level. In addition, you will occasionally take the lead on complex searches yourself, typically for Director-level and above roles, ensuring we secure top-tier leadership talent.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders within our Product and Engineering organizations, providing strategic insights and guidance on all aspects of hiring strategies. Your ability to influence decision-making, refine processes, and drive positive outcomes through the effective use of data and metrics will be crucial.
- • A core part of your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive strategic hiring plans tailored to the specific needs of your team and the business groups you support. You will also be responsible for driving team-wide projects and programs, contributing significantly to the continuous refinement and improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, resources, and overall talent acquisition strategies.

- • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines, employing a variety of channels for sourcing, conducting in-depth market research, and leading collaborative sourcing efforts to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
