📋 Description
- • Senior Managing Consultant – Workforce – Healthcare is a senior leadership role responsible for directing large-scale workforce productivity and benchmarking engagements, shaping practice strategy, and driving innovation in analytics and advisory services within BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions practice.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery of workforce benchmarking and implementation projects, mentoring junior and mid-level staff, leading business development initiatives, presenting findings to executive clients, and representing the firm as an expert at industry events and in publications.
- • BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions practice provides end-to-end advisory support to healthcare providers, payers, investors, and stakeholders navigating strategic, operational, financial, and clinical challenges, with a focus on sustainable performance improvement through strategic growth design, operating model transformation, AI and digital enablement, and clinical quality optimization.
- • The role offers the opportunity to master technical, analytical, and leadership competencies, drive innovation in workforce consulting, influence firm-wide strategy, and establish thought leadership in healthcare workforce productivity and benchmarking.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field.
- • 7–10 years of direct work experience in workforce productivity, benchmarking, or related consulting.
- • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and workforce benchmarking tools.
- • Demonstrated senior leadership and project management experience.
- • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- • Recognized expertise and certifications in workforce consulting.
