Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As the Senior Manager of People Operations at 9amHealth, you will be a foundational builder responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling core people systems that translate strategic HR vision into repeatable, high-impact programs. This role is critical to enabling organizational growth by establishing consistency in performance, onboarding, leveling, and workforce planning—directly supporting the company’s mission to revolutionize cardiometabolic care through a connected, data-informed approach.
- • You will own the end-to-end design and execution of performance management programs, including review cycles, calibration sessions, feedback frameworks, and competency models aligned to organizational levels. This includes ensuring timely, fair, and transparent performance cycles, identifying skill gaps through data, and partnering with the VP of People to build compensation structures tied to leveling and job descriptions.
- • You will lead the creation and continuous improvement of scalable onboarding and offboarding experiences for both corporate and clinical teams, developing 30/60/90-day frameworks, standardizing knowledge transfer processes, and ensuring effective adoption across distributed and agency-based workforces.
- • You will develop manager enablement toolkits, playbooks, and training to equip leaders with the guidance and confidence to apply performance, feedback, leveling, and compensation frameworks consistently, while partnering with HRBPs to drive program adoption and establish clear escalation pathways.
- • You will own and optimize the People technology stack (HRIS and related tools), ensuring data integrity, system optimization, payroll oversight support, audit readiness, and seamless cross-functional alignment with Recruiting, Finance, and business leaders during system rollouts and enhancements.
- • You will leverage workforce data and reporting to uncover trends in attrition, capacity, and skill gaps, providing actionable insights to inform workforce planning, org design, and hiring decisions in partnership with the VP of People and Finance, while supporting employee classification audits and ensuring compliance.
- • You will provide interim HRBP coverage as needed, offering day-to-day manager support on performance, employee relations, leave processes, and organizational challenges until a dedicated HRBP is hired.
- • You will help build a People function that operates as a cohesive, proactive system—moving from ad hoc processes to structured, repeatable programs—where managers feel enabled, data drives decisions, and the organization scales with clarity and consistency.
- • You will grow your expertise in strategic HR operations within a high-impact, mission-driven healthcare startup, gaining deep experience in building systems from scratch in a Series A–C environment while contributing to improved patient outcomes through better team enablement and organizational health.
