📋 Description

• • The Senior Manager, Site Readiness – AI Data Centers is responsible for advancing sites from early-stage development through construction readiness, ensuring all permitting, entitlements, utilities, land requirements, and preconstruction activities are completed to position sites for timely construction.
• • Day to day, the role involves driving coordination across Development, Design, Construction, Legal, and external partners to align workstreams, managing permitting and entitlement processes, supporting engagement with local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies, and resolving issues that could impact project delivery.
