📋 Description

• As a Senior Market Access Executive for Diabetes at DexCom, you will represent DexCom Germany GmbH in negotiations with statutory and private health insurers and reimbursement stakeholders at regional and national levels, shaping partnerships and developing value-based reimbursement models that reflect market developments.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and shaping business partnerships with GKV and PKV payers, establishing digital solutions and forward-looking projects with current and future partners in diabetes and glucose monitoring, taking internal ownership of revenue, profitability, and growth targets from project conception to successful implementation, designing strategic and tactical measures to position DexCom as a technology and opinion leader in rtCGM, developing and implementing solutions with cross-functional alignment, building regional payer relationships for digital solution design and project collaboration, coordinating with sales, internal service, and other relevant departments to execute corporate strategy, and maintaining personal contacts while expanding a qualified network in reimbursement and digital health solutions within the diabetes ecosystem.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in market access strategy, digital health innovation, and stakeholder engagement within the German healthcare system, drive measurable impact on reimbursement outcomes and commercial growth, and position yourself as a trusted leader in shaping the future of diabetes care technology through strategic partnerships and value-based models.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with healthcare payers and stakeholders to negotiate and agree on contracts for medical device reimbursement
• Established, reliable network with payers, health insurers, and healthcare actors in Germany
• Experience in Market Access, Key Account Management, Reimbursement, Health Economics, or Pricing & Reimbursement
• Proven experience in designing digital health projects within the healthcare sector
• Bachelor’s degree and typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience, or qualification as a Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte(r) with corresponding further training
• Willingness to travel 20–30% with occasional overnight stays required
