- • Curriculum Associates is seeking a Senior Marketing and Data Analytics Manager to spearhead the analytics and data operations for their Growth Marketing team. This pivotal role is responsible for constructing and maintaining the reporting infrastructure that directly links marketing initiatives to tangible pipeline growth and revenue generation. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, the successful candidate will transform the comprehensive full-funnel reporting framework into actionable, day-to-day marketing intelligence. Key areas of focus include ensuring robust data governance, executing precise segmentation strategies, conducting in-depth funnel analysis, and diligently maintaining reporting dashboards.
- • The day-to-day responsibilities will involve owning the marketing analytics and reporting function, meticulously tracking funnel metrics from initial awareness through to opportunity creation, and ensuring the utmost data accuracy across critical platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, various BI platforms, and Google Analytics. A significant part of the role will be partnering with IT Data and Analytics and Sales Ops Analytics teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel reporting that clearly demonstrates the connection between marketing activities and revenue outcomes. The manager will be tasked with identifying performance trends, spotting anomalies, and uncovering optimization opportunities across diverse marketing channels including paid media, email, web, and regional marketing programs, translating these findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leadership. Furthermore, the role requires the development and ongoing maintenance of executive-ready dashboards and scorecards within Salesforce or other BI platforms, ensuring that Growth Marketing leadership has immediate, real-time visibility into key performance indicators without the need for manual intervention. A crucial aspect will be building and maintaining a consistent measurement framework for campaign performance, including the implementation of appropriate attribution modeling tailored to the complexities of long K-12 buying cycles.
- • In terms of data governance and segmentation, the Senior Marketing and Data Analytics Manager will own the UTM and tracking standards across all paid and owned channels, defining, documenting, and enforcing a framework that guarantees consistent campaign attribution and source reporting. This includes executing contact database segmentation within Pardot/Account Engagement to support demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and nurture programs with clean, precisely targeted audiences. The role also encompasses owning data hygiene protocols, establishing and enforcing standards for lead data normalization, deduplication, field governance, and source tracking across both Salesforce and Pardot. A key initiative will be auditing the existing marketing data infrastructure to identify gaps and redundancies, leading remediation efforts in partnership with IT and Sales Ops to eliminate duplicative work and enhance efficiency.
- • Cross-functional collaboration is central to this role. The manager will serve as the primary liaison for Growth Marketing with IT Data and Analytics and Sales Ops Analytics, ensuring alignment on shared data models, pipeline definitions, and reporting cadences. Coordination with Sales Ops will be essential for refining lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics, BDR performance data, and pipeline velocity reporting to optimize the entire lead-to-opportunity workflow. Additionally, the manager will provide expert advice on martech data integrations, such as those involving intent data from platforms like ZoomInfo, Bombora, or 6sense, to ensure new tools are properly instrumented and capable of generating reportable data.
- • To extend capacity and enhance efficiency, the role involves leveraging AI and offshore resources. This includes directing India-based analytics and GTM resources on high-volume, repeatable data tasks such as list processing, data normalization, campaign record creation in Salesforce, and providing ad-hoc reporting support. The manager will define KPIs and performance goals for these offshore resources, ensuring their work aligns with team priorities and QAing deliverables to meet accuracy standards. A forward-thinking aspect of the role is identifying and implementing AI-assisted workflows to automate manual analytics tasks, including report generation, anomaly detection, segmentation builds, and data quality assurance, thereby reducing the time spent on lower-value activities and freeing up resources for more strategic work.
- • The team at Curriculum Associates is dedicated to making a significant impact on education technology, driven by a mission to improve learning experiences for K-8 students nationwide with award-winning programs like i-Ready. With over 50 years of experience, the company is committed to serving educators and supporting accessible learning for all students. The team comprises over 2,500 employees who are passionate lifelong learners, united by this mission and dedicated to providing world-class programs and support.
- • In this role, the Senior Marketing and Data Analytics Manager will gain invaluable experience in building and optimizing marketing data infrastructure within a large, established organization. They will develop advanced skills in marketing attribution modeling, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration, working at the intersection of marketing, sales operations, and IT. The opportunity to implement AI-driven analytics workflows and manage offshore resources will provide exposure to modern operational efficiencies. Furthermore, the role offers the chance to directly influence revenue growth and contribute to the strategic direction of a leading education technology company, gaining deep insights into the K-12 market and complex B2B sales cycles.
- • This position offers a competitive salary range of $81,500 - $139,500, along with eligibility for the company bonus plan.
- • Employees receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with basic life insurance.
- • A 401k plan is available with an employer match, alongside a flexible vacation and sick policy, twelve paid holidays, and a winter office closure between Christmas and New Year's.
