• • As a Senior Marketing Designer at Alternative Payments Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and performance of our marketing efforts, directly contributing to how service-based companies experience payments through our innovative FinTech platform.
• • You will lead and execute marketing funnel elements across paid media, ABM, and website design—including ads, landing pages, emails, gated content, and follow-up collateral—ensuring alignment with brand identity and performance goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate, test, and refine designs.
• • You will join a scaling, innovative FinTech team in Toronto that values collaboration, impact, and innovation, where your work will help elevate design standards and support both paid and organic growth initiatives.
• • In this role, you will take ownership of complex design challenges, mentor junior team members, establish design guidelines and standards, prototype web pages in Figma, and drive continuous improvement through data-informed iteration and creative leadership.
