- • Lead the development and execution of national and local marketing campaigns across the UKI region, reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing.
- • Define and implement consumer-centric marketing strategies grounded in deep customer insights, aligning brand and value propositions to influence behaviour and drive ROI.
- • Translate strategic insights into compelling communication plans that secure alignment and buy-in from senior leadership.
- • Oversee the full project lifecycle of marketing initiatives—from strategic planning and creative development through to activation and post-campaign analysis.
- • Manage cross-channel campaign delivery across Creative, Media, Social & Influencer, Events, PR, CRM, and Partner channels, ensuring cohesive and integrated execution.
- • Supervise and mentor a Marketing Associate, providing guidance and accountability for day-to-day campaign execution and operational support.
- • Act as the primary point of coordination and decisive voice in planning forums with cross-functional teams including Insights, Media, Loyalty, PR, Social, Influencer, Partner, and Commercial.
- • Manage relationships with external agency partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and performance expectations.
- • Develop and own clear, rigorous measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance against defined KPIs and deliver data-driven insights.
- • Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis to synthesise results, identify key learnings, and propose actionable opportunities for future experimentation and optimisation.
- • Own budget management for key marketing initiatives, tracking spend with precision and optimising allocation to maximise efficiency and return.
- • Maintain constant awareness of competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic positioning and maintain Deliveroo’s competitive edge.
- • Leverage analytical tools including Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker to interpret data and inform insight-led marketing decisions.
- • Collaborate closely with Commercial and Data Science teams to ensure marketing strategies are rooted in robust data and aligned with business objectives.
- • Present strategic recommendations and campaign performance results to senior leadership with clarity and confidence to secure support and drive action.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, demonstrating agility, ownership, and a results-driven mindset to deliver high-impact outcomes under constant change.
- • Uphold a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strategic discipline across all marketing activities and stakeholder interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- • Proven ability to interpret data and develop insight-led strategies, with experience working alongside Commercial and Data Science teams
- • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership
- • Self-starter mindset with agility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation characterised by rapid change
- • Proven delivery record of executing complex marketing initiatives efficiently and effectively
- • Highly proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
