- • Lead day-to-day marketing operations across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless execution of marketing plans, campaigns, events, and content aligned with business priorities.
- • Translate complex service offerings and enterprise strategies into clear, commercially relevant marketing outputs that articulate the value of onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models.
- • Act as the primary operational backstop for EMEA marketing execution, providing hands-on leadership in a matrixed, global organization with limited structure.
- • Partner directly with UK/EMEA-based business leaders to shape go-to-market narratives and support priority growth initiatives through targeted marketing interventions.
- • Own the end-to-end creation and refinement of business- and growth-led thought leadership content, including client-relevant POVs, capability narratives, and sales-enabled materials.
- • Personally draft, edit, and polish marketing content, collaborating with subject matter experts to extract and translate insights into publishable, impactful material.
- • Coordinate with Digital & PR leadership to align narrative-led thought leadership, reputation management, and external visibility efforts across channels.
- • Plan, budget, and execute industry events, executive roundtables, and client forums, managing vendors, logistics, and post-event follow-up in partnership with sales and leadership teams.
- • Manage and oversee a network of external agencies, freelancers, designers, content partners, and event vendors, ensuring quality control, timeline adherence, and spend discipline.
- • Ensure all external partners operate as extensions of the internal marketing function, strictly adhering to brand standards and enterprise narrative rather than driving independent strategy.
- • Collaborate closely with Regional Digital, Brand & PR teams to maintain consistency across campaigns, digital amplification, and PR activities.
- • Represent marketing operations confidently in regional leadership forums, bridging marketing execution with broader business outcomes.
- • Maintain accountability for overall thought leadership outcomes across EMEA, ensuring all content enhances brand credibility and supports commercial objectives.
- • Operate with a strong operational and commercial orientation, balancing creativity with budgetary discipline and measurable results in a fast-paced, tech-enabled BPO environment.
- • Work within a remote-first model, coordinating cross-functionally across time zones and delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore) to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing outputs.
- • Apply deep understanding of hybrid delivery models in marketing communications, emphasizing the strategic advantage of blended operational structures to clients and stakeholders.
