• • As a Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, you will play a central role in Glow25’s CRM & Retention team, driving strategic marketing planning that directly impacts revenue growth through data-informed campaign execution across email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing campaign strategies aligned with business goals, building and maintaining a prioritized marketing calendar, planning and steering commercial campaigns and events, defining KPIs and budgets, managing cross-functional execution, identifying risks, conducting post-mortem analyses, analyzing market trends and customer behavior, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
