Senior Member Support Specialist (Accounting & Tax)

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Member Support Specialist at Collective Technologies, Inc., you will guide new members through a smooth and successful onboarding experience onto the company’s all-in-one accounting platform, which includes bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services, playing a key advisory role in helping solopreneurs understand their finances and run their businesses with confidence.
• • Day to day, you will conduct video calls with members for approximately 4–5 hours daily, use your accounting expertise to create P&L reports and balance sheet statements for members with mixed business and personal activity, break down complex technical topics into clear explanations, guide members through running their first payroll and understanding payroll taxes, and support entrepreneurs with a member-first mindset.
