📋 Description

• • The Senior Merchant Success Manager (Sr. MSM) at ShipBob is responsible for providing a world-class experience to grow and retain enterprise and strategic merchants, aligning with complex middle-market merchants who are expanding into new markets, diversifying fulfillment, and scaling rapidly.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with internal stakeholders to improve the merchant experience, increasing average performance and KPIs of customers, coaching team members to enhance performance with middle-market merchants, analyzing supply chain performance to identify opportunities or risks, conducting business reviews to track merchant growth and identify expansion areas, and growing transparent, strategic relationships at all merchant levels.
