- • As a Senior Mid Market Account Executive for LATAM at Abnormal Security Corporation, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s presence in Brazil and across Latin America by driving new business acquisition and revenue growth in the cybersecurity market. This role is pivotal to Abnormal’s mission of protecting organizations from advanced email threats using AI-native security solutions, and your success will directly contribute to scaling the company’s footprint in a high-potential emerging market.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for your assigned territory, focusing on mid-market organizations (under 3,000 mailboxes), from initial prospecting and lead generation through discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, contract closure, and post-sale handoff to Customer Success for renewal and expansion opportunities. Your day-to-day will involve proactive outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels, conducting tailored product demonstrations, articulating ROI-driven value propositions to technical and business stakeholders, collaborating with Sales Engineers on proof-of-value (POV) exercises, and coordinating with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and leverage customer insights.
- • You will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating new opportunities through disciplined prospecting, leveraging inbound leads, partner referrals, and marketing campaigns, while accurately forecasting and managing deal progression in the CRM to meet or exceed your annual recurring revenue (ARR) quota.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding back insights from prospect and customer interactions to Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering teams to help refine messaging, improve solution positioning, and influence product roadmap priorities based on real-world market needs in LATAM.
- • You will collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, identify early expansion opportunities, and drive timely renewals, contributing to long-term customer retention and lifetime value growth.
- • You will thrive in Abnormal’s fast-paced, early-stage, resource-constrained environment, where initiative, adaptability, and a hunter mentality are essential — you’ll be expected to self-direct your activities, prioritize high-impact actions, and continuously refine your sales approach based on feedback and results.
- • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling AI-powered cybersecurity solutions, master complex enterprise sales methodologies, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and global go-to-market strategies — positioning you for accelerated career growth in enterprise sales, sales leadership, or cybersecurity specialization within a high-growth, innovative company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions
- • 4+ years of experience in an individual contributor sales role
- • Based in Miami, FL (required location for this remote role)
- • Proven ability to generate pipeline across multiple channels including prospecting, marketing, referrals, and partner sources
- • Strong skills in qualifying customer needs and presenting ROI-driven value to technical and business stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to execute a repeatable sales process with disciplined time and focus management
- • Experience navigating complex internal and customer buying processes effectively
- • Ability to gather and apply customer insights to improve sales execution and messaging
- • Comfort thriving in early-stage, resource-constrained environments with high autonomy and initiative required
- • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams

- • Base salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 USD
