- • As a Senior Mortgage Client Success Analyst at eLEND Solutions, you will serve as a trusted expert for clients navigating loan registration, AUS runs, and complex mortgage scenarios within the eLEND platform, directly supporting client retention, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for complex client inquiries, providing expert guidance on loan structuring and registration processes, troubleshooting platform issues, delivering live and on-demand training, analyzing client usage data to identify trends, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, Product, and Underwriting teams to resolve client issues and improve the client experience.
- • eLEND Solutions is modernizing mortgage operations through strong governance, disciplined risk management, and scalable infrastructure, with a Client Success team dedicated to ensuring partners receive expertise, transparency, and operational excellence throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mortgage lending lifecycle processes, develop leadership and mentorship skills, gain experience in data-driven client strategy, and contribute to process improvements that enhance platform adoption and client satisfaction, positioning you for advancement into senior client success or mortgage operations leadership roles.
