- • As the Senior Motion and Video Editor (Performance UGC) at Zoe, you will be the driving force behind our creative performance, transforming raw footage into high-impact paid advertisements across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- • This is a hands-on, editing-intensive role where your primary focus will be on crafting compelling video content that captures attention, drives engagement, and ultimately converts viewers into customers.
- • You will be instrumental in producing multiple video variants weekly, leveraging performance data to iterate rapidly and continuously enhance the effectiveness of our ad creatives.
- • This position offers significant autonomy, allowing you to influence our creative strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign success.
- • You will join a dynamic, growth-focused creative team, reporting directly to the Head of Creative and collaborating closely with User Acquisition (UA) Managers.
- • This partnership is crucial: the UA team provides the essential performance data and scale, while you deliver the high-velocity creative content that fuels campaign success.
- • Your editing approach will be performance-led, with a keen eye on achieving specific outcomes. This means crafting thumb-stopping hooks, maintaining strong pacing, and integrating clear Calls to Action (CTAs).
- • The emphasis will be on attention, engagement, and acquisition, prioritizing effectiveness over excessive polish, and understanding the balance between speed and quality in a performance-driven environment.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve partnering with creators. You will be responsible for briefing them on footage requirements and providing clear, actionable feedback to enhance the quality of their raw content.
- • You will then skillfully remix this creator-provided content into ads that feel authentic, credible, and are optimized for peak performance.
- • You will own the editing process for a high volume of User-Generated Content (UGC) and brand video, transforming individual pieces of footage into numerous performance-oriented variants.
- • Your expertise will extend to adapting edits for Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms, ensuring optimization for speed, scalability, and maximum performance on each.
- • Embracing a 'Test and Learn' philosophy, you will own the iteration cycle. Instead of aiming for a single perfect video, you will create multiple variations to identify what resonates most effectively with our target audience.

🎯 Requirements
- • A strong portfolio showcasing paid social video ads, with examples of multiple variants and clear evidence of performance-driven editing decisions.
- • Proven track record of producing high-performing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.), with specific experience in the UGC space.
- • Expertise in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a demonstrated curiosity for AI-assisted video production tools.
- • An 'Editor First' mindset, comfortable spending the majority of your time hands-on in the timeline, while also owning projects and briefing creators.
- • Ability to work at speed and deliver quality quickly, understanding the concept of 'good enough' in a performance context.
