- • The Senior MSP Sales Engineer role is critical to driving Commvault’s revenue growth by leading technical sales efforts for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across Europe, ensuring the successful positioning and adoption of Commvault’s cyber resilience solutions within MSP go-to-market strategies.
- • Day to day, the role involves engaging with selected MSPs across Europe, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue, establishing and refining partner programs and contracts, understanding MSP offerings to align Commvault solutions, representing Commvault at executive and technical events, managing end-to-end MSP relationships (from corporate executives to delivery teams), identifying and qualifying new opportunities with solution architects and sales teams, serving as the primary technical liaison between MSPs and Commvault, working with the Global SI team to expand GSI relationships, identifying opportunities to embed Commvault solutions into MSP service offerings, and closely coordinating with European sales leadership to develop pipeline and accelerate business growth.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS and cyber resilience sales engineering, develop strategic partner management skills at a global scale, gain exposure to executive-level engagements with MSPs and GSIs, enhance your ability to architect complex data management solutions in multi-cloud environments, and position yourself for career advancement within Commvault’s Global SI and sales organizations through measurable impact on revenue and partner success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrable experience in a technical sales engineering role supporting large global Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- • Proven knowledge and experience in the Software/SaaS industry, ideally within Data Management, Security, or Cyber Resiliency
- • Wide-ranging technical knowledge of data management including applications, cloud, compliance, disaster recovery, tape infrastructure, storage arrays, storage networking, networking protocols, and general connectivity in multi-platform enterprise environments
- • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
- • Willingness to travel across Europe
- • Exceptional interpersonal and client-centric communication skills in commercial settings
- • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise clients and high-value deals
- • Competence in prioritizing work and balancing competing workloads
