  • • The Senior National Account Executive at Ingenovis Health, Inc. plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion within the Life Sciences vertical by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO, diagnostics, and laboratory sectors. This position is essential to aligning staffing solutions with the specialized workforce needs of life sciences organizations, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality talent in mission-critical industries.
  • • The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients through strategic outbound outreach, industry networking, event participation, and warm lead follow-up; building and managing a robust sales pipeline across biotech, pharma, medical device, CROs, and diagnostics; conducting discovery calls to uncover hiring challenges, project timelines, and workforce needs; presenting tailored staffing solutions for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles; forecasting opportunities and aligning sales strategies; coordinating with leadership on RFPs, pricing, and service agreements; cultivating long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement, HR, and talent acquisition leaders; ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and needs assessment; partnering closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client requirements; staying informed on Life Sciences trends, emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics; providing market and client feedback to leadership for product and service improvement; collaborating with recruiters and account managers to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to active client; tracking all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Bullhorn), maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, and meeting weekly and monthly activity targets; contributing to quarterly business reviews, sales forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives; demonstrating a strong work ethic, metric-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for an entrepreneurial, outcomes-focused culture; and performing additional duties as assigned by management.
