• Are you a seasoned NetSuite professional with a passion for transforming businesses through robust ERP solutions? Pine Services Group, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking an exceptional Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant to spearhead critical ERP implementations for our valued clients, primarily within the manufacturing and product-based industries.
• This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on tackling intricate operational challenges, building strong client relationships, and consistently delivering implementations that exceed expectations. You will be at the forefront of guiding clients through the entire NetSuite lifecycle, from initial discovery to post-go-live optimization, ensuring their business processes are streamlined and their strategic objectives are met.
• As a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in leading functional workstreams for NetSuite implementations. This encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Conducting in-depth discovery sessions with clients to thoroughly understand their current business processes, identify pain points, and define functional requirements for the NetSuite solution.
• Translating business requirements into well-defined functional specifications and solution designs, ensuring alignment with NetSuite's capabilities and industry best practices.
• Configuring NetSuite modules and functionalities to meet specific client needs, including financial management, supply chain management, CRM, and professional services automation.
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the solution functions as designed and meets business objectives.
• Providing expert guidance and support for data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of client data into the NetSuite environment.
• Developing and delivering tailored training programs to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the NetSuite system and maximize its benefits.
• Collaborating closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Partnering with technical consultants and developers to address any customization or integration requirements, ensuring a seamless and integrated solution.
• Providing post-go-live support and optimization services, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring the client derives maximum value from their NetSuite investment.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to help them leverage NetSuite for sustained business growth and operational excellence.
• Staying abreast of the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience leading NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating a strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.
• Deep functional expertise in NetSuite, including core modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management, with a proven ability to configure and customize the platform to meet specific business requirements.
• Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and design effective solutions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
