- • The Senior New Business Case Manager I role at Pacific Life Insurance Company is a remote position focused on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of new business applications for Edward Jones financial professionals, directly impacting client onboarding and service quality.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and processing case work, analyzing application details for compliance, following up on outstanding requirements, communicating with agents and financial institutions, maintaining updated systems, meeting productivity and quality metrics, and collaborating with underwriting, distribution, and marketing partners to resolve issues and set proper expectations.
- • The New Business Case Manager Team operates within Pacific Life’s broader mission to support policyholders through reliable, efficient service, partnering with financial professionals to ensure smooth application processing and uphold the company’s commitment to service excellence and client trust.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in life insurance underwriting terminology (such as labs, APSs, MVRs), strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain experience in high-volume financial services operations, and build proficiency in regulatory compliance and customer-facing communication—positioning you for growth within Pacific Life’s operations and client service divisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
- • Experience working successfully with a variety of customers, preferably within the financial services industry
- • Ability to complete assignments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while balancing accuracy, speed, and thoroughness
- • Clear verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- • Strong desire to deliver a superior customer service experience
