- • Senior Operations AI Analyst role focused on ensuring AI-powered virtual assistants deliver reliable, compliant, and high-quality member experiences in a healthcare insurance setting.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning operational oversight for AI-enabled member service processes, leading complex issue triage and root cause analysis, defining quality standards, driving user acceptance testing, and serving as the primary liaison across Operations, Quality, IT, Analytics, and vendor partners.
- • BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is a remote-first healthcare organization committed to innovation, equity, and leveraging AI responsibly to improve member and agent service outcomes.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI operations within healthcare, strengthen cross-functional leadership skills, drive measurable improvements in virtual assistant performance, and mentor team members in operational best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (four years of professional corporate experience)
- • 4 to 5 years in service operations, operations analysis, contact center operations, quality, or business analysis
- • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Tableau, Access, Cognos, or data warehouse tools (a plus)
- • Proven ability to lead complex operational issue resolution and cross-functional initiatives
- • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including CoPilot
- • Ability to mentor peers and build operational capability across teams
