📋 Description

• Senior Operations Manager role working directly with the CEO & Founder of Universe Group, taking ownership of broad, unstructured, cross-functional tasks—from launching funnels and building teams to launching new products or processes from scratch.
• This is not a strategy-observer role; it is for someone who executes, learns quickly, operates across functions (marketing, product, hiring, analytics, tech), and structures chaos into actionable plans with metrics.
• The role offers direct exposure to the founder, wide scope across key company functions, strong execution training, real business impact, and an ideal path toward becoming a GM, founder, or business leader.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include taking key tasks from the CEO and delivering results (market research, funnel building, analytical reports, hypothesis generation), working at the intersection of multiple functions to strengthen them (marketing, product, analytics, AI), structuring chaos into priorities and metrics, and using AI as a daily accelerator.
• The team operates across three companies under Universe Group—Guru Apps, FORMA, and Wisey—serving over 400 million users across 186 countries, with a mission to simplify daily life and create new development opportunities through technology.
• The person will learn to execute at high velocity, build systems from zero, influence without formal authority, and develop the ownership and systems-thinking needed to lead complex initiatives in fast-moving environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment: startup, product company, BizOps, founder’s office, S&O, or top-tier consulting
• Proven track record of launching initiatives from zero independently, with broad scope and in conditions of uncertainty
• Strong GTD (Getting Things Done) skills—from planning to delivery of results
• Comfortable working with numbers and analytics—metrics, funnels, unit economics
• English proficiency at B2+ level for working with documents and people
• Daily use of AI tools: ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / Perplexity, Claude Code, n8n, Cursor
